Running your business shouldn't mean drowning in it

This is what a week feels like for most owners.

The average owner loses a third of their week to tasks like these.

Thayne, founder of IronForge Automations

Hi, I'm Thayne.

I run IronForge Automations out of Laramie, Wyoming. I save small businesses time, money, and headaches by automating the repetitive tasks that eat up their week.

How it works

01

I learn your business

Not a form. I show up and watch how the work actually gets done.

02

I find the time-eaters

The tasks that repeat every day, eat your week, and give nothing back.

03

I shrink or delete them

Code and AI, built to fit how you already work. Not the other way around.

That last step is where it gets interesting. Keep scrolling and I'll show you a real one you can touch, then the math.

This is a real build for The Cowboy Saloon in downtown Laramie. You're the bouncer on Door 1; the other door is working too. Go ahead, work the door.

A packed bar, two entrances, and a number nobody knew

The Cowboy Saloon has two doors, a bouncer on each, and on a big night they had no way to coordinate how many people were inside. Go over legal capacity and the owner is exposed to fire-code violations and lawsuits. Hold the line too early and paying customers get turned away with room still inside. Both mistakes cost real money; one of them keeps you up at night.

The fix wasn't complicated software. It was one live number both doors could trust, and it runs on the phones the bouncers already carry.

2 doorstwo bouncers, and no way to know the building total between them
1 live countevery tap syncs to the other door as it happens
2 buttonsplus one, minus one. That is the whole interface, on purpose.

The sleeper feature is underneath: every entry is timestamped, so the owner sees when people actually arrive and schedules bartenders against real curves instead of gut feel. A door counter that quietly became a staffing tool.

Who I've Worked With

The proof is the businesses I've done this for, and what they have to say about it.

We had the pleasure of working with Thayne during his internship with Manufacturing Works, where he took on the ambitious project of designing and developing an AI chatbot for our website. From day one, Thayne demonstrated a strong grasp of AI and machine learning concepts, along with an impressive ability to work independently and drive solutions forward. Thayne not only delivered a fully functional and well-integrated chatbot that aligned with our organizational goals, but he also brought creativity, technical precision, and a deep understanding of user experience to the project. His work significantly improved how we use our website to engage with manufacturers and clients online, by providing timely information and streamlining inquiries through an intuitive, responsive interface. Throughout the project, Thayne was professional, proactive, and collaborative. He regularly communicated progress, incorporated feedback thoughtfully, and ensured the final product exceeded our expectations. His contributions have made a lasting impact on our digital presence, and we are incredibly grateful for his work. I wholeheartedly recommend Thayne and his company to any organization looking for a capable, innovative, and dedicated developer.

Manufacturing Works

I've really enjoyed working with the IronForge team. They made the automation process simple and approachable, even for someone who's not a tech expert. The tools they built made a noticeable impact on how we manage operations.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ IronForge has been a game-changer for us! They developed a custom lighting system that not only saves time but also ensures our light shows aren't just repeating themselves night after night. It's added a level of professionalism and variety that really elevates the experience at our bar. They also streamlined our end-of-night reporting process by creating a spreadsheet system that automatically compiles our data, no more manually inputting numbers every day. Our accountant can now easily access and review the reports, saving us both time and headaches. IronForge has been responsive, innovative, and truly understands how to make tech work for a business like ours. Highly recommend!
