Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Last Updated: June 15, 2026Effective Date: January 6, 2026

IronForge Automations (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, use our services, or engage with us in any way.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in several ways to provide and improve our services:

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Contact & Discovery Form: Your name, email address, company name, and company location when you submit our discovery or contact form.
  • Business Information: Details about your business, automation needs, and project requirements that you share in your discovery responses or during consultations.
  • Communication Data: Records of correspondence when you contact us by email.
  • Account Information: Login credentials if you create an account to access a client portal or project dashboard.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

Our website uses first-party, cookieless analytics. We do not use tracking cookies, and we do not collect your name or email through analytics. We record:

  • Anonymous Visitor ID: A random identifier stored in your browser’s local storage so we can count returning visits. It holds no personal information, and you can clear it any time by clearing your browser storage.
  • Device & Usage Data: Device type (mobile, tablet, or desktop), pages visited, time on site, and actions such as submitting a form.
  • Referral Source: The link or campaign that brought you to the site, for example a tagged link from social media or email.
  • Approximate Location & Hashed IP: A coarse, country-level location and a one-way hashed (non-reversible) version of your IP address, used for basic analytics and abuse prevention. We do not store your raw IP address.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for service delivery, business operations, marketing (with consent), security & compliance, and analytics & improvement purposes.

  • Providing, maintaining, and improving our automation and RPA services
  • Processing and fulfilling service requests and project deliverables
  • Communicating with you about projects, updates, and support inquiries
  • Responding to inquiries, quotes, and consultation requests
  • Protecting against fraud, unauthorized access, and security threats
  • Analyzing website usage patterns to improve user experience
  • Researching publicly available information about your business to prepare a tailored questionnaire and consultation when you use our discovery form

3. Information Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, when required by law, in a business transfer, or with your consent. Our key service providers include:

  • Hosting & Analytics: Vercel, which hosts the website and provides privacy-friendly, cookieless traffic analytics.
  • AI Processing: When you submit the discovery form, we use AI models from Anthropic, accessed through OpenRouter, to research publicly available information about your business and generate your questionnaire. We are openly an AI automation company, and this is part of how we work.
  • Email Delivery: The provider we use to send you the discovery link and any communications you request.

4. Data Security

We implement robust security measures including encryption (TLS/SSL), secure storage, role-based access controls, firewalls, and regular security training.

5. Analytics & Tracking

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. We use first-party, cookieless analytics that store only an anonymous random ID in your browser’s local storage, along with a one-way hashed version of your IP address for coarse location and abuse prevention. We also use Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless and aggregated. Because we do not set tracking cookies, there is no cookie banner to manage. You can clear the anonymous ID any time by clearing your browser storage.

6. Your Privacy Rights

You may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, and port your data. California residents have additional rights under CCPA, and European residents under GDPR.

7. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary: discovery and contact form submissions for up to 3 years, client project data for up to 7 years, and anonymous analytics data on a rolling basis. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.
